"Resell Rights" is the term used to describe the situation when the original author or copyright holder of a product grants permission to others to sell or distribute their product. In some cases, the copyright holder may even allow their resellers to grant others resell rights (this is generally known as "Master Resell Rights" or simply "Master Rights").
There is no standard legal contract for these types rights, so you will need to check (preferably by reviewing a written contract or terms and conditions statement for the particular product in question) exactly what rules and limitations apply.
Here are some ideas for how you could use resell rights products (especially eBooks) in your business (obviously check the terms and conditions allow each use for any product that you intend to use):
1. You could sell the product from your web site and keep all the money.
2. You could find several related products (e.g. several products all related to golf), bundle them together, and sell them as a package.
3. If you're already selling your own product, you could add one or more resell rights products as a bonus to your offering, in order to increase its perceived value.
4. Many affiliate programs allow you to see who has ordered through your affiliate links. You could give a free copy of a suitable product to people who buy through your affiliate link. (Be sure to check that your chosen affiliate program's terms and conditions allow you to do this).
5. You could give away copies of the product to people who subscribe to your opt-in email newsletter.
